A coaching website may be holding you back even if it looks professional and you are already getting clients.
One sign is the quality of the journey around the website. You may be getting enquiries, but too many are poor fits. Prospects may arrive on discovery calls without fully understanding what you do or why it matters. People may visit after hearing you speak, meeting you at an event or seeing your content, but there may be no useful next step unless they are ready to book immediately.
Other signs include broad positioning, messaging that focuses more on you than the client, weak proof, unclear calls to action, no useful first step for less-ready prospects and little follow-up once someone shows interest.
The important question is therefore not simply, “Does my website look good?” It is, “Does it help the right person understand my value, build trust and know what to do next?”
