That support is designed to help keep the system running smoothly and identify where the journey could be strengthened as your coaching business changes. Your offers, messaging, lead magnets or priorities may evolve over time, so the setup should be able to evolve with them.

The purpose is not simply technical maintenance. It is to help prevent the client journey becoming outdated or disconnected and give you support when changes are needed.

I would avoid listing specific support entitlements here unless they are commercially defined in your package terms.
